Teams of 8 battle it out in a four ball better ball format against other local clubs in the junior league with home and away matches. There is a meal after each match and a finals day at the end of the year. Other inter club tournaments do take place throughout the year and juniors are encouraged to participate in junior opens. The junior co-ordinator is Laurence Allen and the Junior Secretary is Sue Bailey.

Golf Foundation Passport Scheme
Calling all members who have children and grandchildren, who are members or not.
If they are interested in playing golf, the Pro Shop is running the Golf Foundation Passport Scheme. The scheme is designed to develop and teach the different skills required to help children progress in the game of golf. There are five levels to the scheme, each offering a different challenge.
We will be running the Passport Scheme on two Sunday mornings per month, between 10.00 and 11.00, with sessions based on age and ability. The cost is only £5 per session, and don't worry if you can't make all the dates as there will be plenty of time to revisit anything you have missed.
